Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have. The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

The residence is equipped with sensitive, sensor-operated blinds. Guests are strictly prohibited from placing any objects (including furniture, décor, or luggage) directly beneath the blinds, as this may interfere with the sensors and cause damage. Any malfunction or damage to the blinds or sensor system resulting from guest actions, negligence, or failure to follow this instruction will be the financial responsibility of the guest. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
