The centerpiece of the mansion is its impressive 5,000-square-foot entertainment wing, featuring a 176-inch video wall, indoor-outdoor bar seating, an expansive lounge area, and a grand staircase that sets the stage for presentations, brand launches, networking events, or celebratory gatherings. Sonos speakers run throughout the property, ensuring seamless audio for social evenings or corporate sessions.

The ultra-private courtyard is designed like a modern resort. A large pool and spa sit at the heart of the space, surrounded by two-story balconies, covered lounge areas, outdoor televisions, and premium seating for groups to gather, host breakouts, or relax between sessions. Multiple outdoor showers and a dedicated pool event bathroom with three stalls add convenience during larger functions.

Inside, Tampa Estate is equipped for effortless hosting. A hidden prep kitchen, catering refrigeration, commercial ice maker, and mineralized reverse-osmosis drinking water support everything from plated dinners to cocktail receptions. A stocked espresso and coffee bar provides a perfect start to each morning. Entertainment options are exceptional. Additionally, please note that any rental involving children under 13 years old is not generally recommended and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any rental involving an event or gathering that brings outside guests beyond the 22-person maximum occupancy is subject to prior approval and is subject to an additional event fee.
