There is a summer kitchen out on the patio, faux and mural paint finished inside, and a boat dock that has "Key West" written all over it! Casa Pearl is situated on a very large, oversized corner lot. Pride of ownership shows in every corner, and you can feel the love that went into every corner of this exceptional Villa!

Please note that the boat lift is not available to renters, there is however plenty of space to dock your rental boat at the boat dock. Also available for rent: full size crib, pack-and-plays and high chairs. Guests have an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay what they use more. This house is dog friendly, sorry no cats. There is a $100 pet fee per dog and a pet addendum to sign.
