One of Alpine Majesty's defining features is its unusual multi-level design. The residence is arranged across five spacious levels, allowing different members of the group to find their own quiet corners while still providing wonderful communal areas for spending time together. Guests should be aware, however, that moving throughout the property involves a considerable number of stairs. For this reason, the home may not be the best choice for anyone with limited mobility or difficulty navigating multiple staircases.

The inviting great room captures the character of a classic Rocky Mountain retreat, with large windows framing the surrounding scenery and a handsome stone fireplace creating a natural focal point. Comfortable seating encourages relaxed evenings together, while access to the deck extends the living space outdoors. During the warmer months, guests can dine outside and enjoy the crisp mountain air and beautiful natural surroundings. A spacious open kitchen makes preparing meals for a larger group easy, with Viking and GE Monogram appliances, a farmhouse sink, generous countertops, and breakfast-bar seating. The adjoining dining area provides another welcoming gathering space, while direct access to the patio and gas barbecue makes casual outdoor cooking equally convenient.
