At the heart of the home, the fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel gourmet appliances and a generous wraparound island with seating for four, complemented by a dining area for six. The adjoining living room is equally welcoming, with comfortable leather seating gathered around a gas fireplace. Large doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the pool courtyard and toward Vail Mountain, creating a beautiful setting for a quiet morning coffee or an evening drink surrounded by fresh mountain air.

Both bedrooms offer a restful retreat with ensuite bathrooms. The primary suite features a king-size bed, television and direct balcony access, along with a spacious bathroom complete with a soaking tub, separate shower and dual vanity. The second bedroom is furnished with two full-size beds and has its own ensuite with the same generous combination of soaking tub, separate shower and dual vanity.
