Radiance Retreat has a clean design, with floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the home framing dramatic mountain and valley views, allowing natural light to flood the interiors and creating a constant connection to the surrounding landscape. The main living area is centered around a striking stone fireplace that anchors the space and sets a welcoming tone for après-ski gatherings or relaxed evenings at home. Plush seating invites guests to unwind, while the open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the dining and kitchen areas, making the home ideal for entertaining and group stays. The dining area comfortably seats up to ten guests, offering a refined yet inviting setting for shared meals. The gourmet kitchen is thoughtfully designed for both everyday use and elevated culinary experiences. It features top-of-the-line appliances, custom cabinetry, and a pristine white marble island with seating for five, perfect for casual breakfasts, pre-dinner drinks, or gathering while meals are prepared.

This vacation home accommodates guests across four well-appointed sleeping areas, thoughtfully arranged to provide privacy and comfort for families or groups traveling together. The primary suite is located on the upper level and serves as a private sanctuary, complete with its own heated deck where guests can relax while taking in panoramic mountain views. The ensuite bathroom features a double vanity, soaking tub, and separate shower, offering a spa-like retreat.

On the lower level, two additional king bedrooms each feature their own ensuite bathrooms and large windows that bring in natural light and mountain scenery. This level also includes an additional sleeping area with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, ideal for children or younger guests, and complete with its own ensuite bathroom. A comfortable family room on this level opens directly onto another outdoor deck, leading to the private hot tub where guests can unwind while surrounded by the beauty of the Vail Valley.

A 4WD vehicle is required in winter months and drivers must be comfortable with mountain driving that includes steep grades and switchbacks.
