Accessed via two staircases leading to the third floor, the residence opens with a practical mudroom ideal for ski boots and outdoor gear. Beyond, the home unfolds into an inviting great room bathed in natural light, thanks to dramatic two-story windows that frame Vail Mountain and look directly onto the Riva Bahn run. A wood-burning fireplace anchors the space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for relaxed après-ski evenings.

The open-concept layout allows everyone to gather comfortably, whether lounging in the living area or preparing meals in the thoughtfully designed kitchen. Fully equipped and beautifully appointed, the kitchen features a generous island with seating for four, allowing the chef in your group to stay connected while cooking. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area seats six, making it perfect for shared breakfasts before hitting the slopes or cozy dinners after a day outdoors. Just off the great room, a private balcony with a gas grill offers an ideal setting for casual al fresco meals or a quiet moment overlooking the creek.

Chalet Schuss accommodates up to six guests across three well-appointed bedrooms, each designed for privacy and comfort. The primary suite features a king-size bed and a gas fireplace that opens to both the bedroom and the ensuite bathroom, where a soaking tub and separate shower create a spa-like retreat. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with its own ensuite bathroom, complete with a tub and shower. The third ensuite bedroom features a split king that can be configured as two twins, making it especially well suited for children or flexible group arrangements.
