Flooded with natural light, the home's open-concept living area has been thoughtfully designed for gathering and entertaining. Vaulted wood ceilings, expansive glass doors and a sleek gas fireplace create a welcoming atmosphere, while the gourmet kitchen features premium appliances, dual ovens, a spacious island and a dedicated coffee bar for relaxed mornings before heading to the slopes. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats eight, while a separate wine room with a wet bar, beverage refrigerator and floor-to-ceiling wine display offers a unique space for evening drinks or intimate gatherings. A cozy den with a queen sleeper sofa provides additional flexibility for larger groups.

Step outside onto the expansive mountain-view deck and enjoy Colorado's fresh alpine air from sunrise to sunset. The villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms; all located on the lower level for added privacy. The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and elegant ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom offers flexible twin-bed accommodation with its own ensuite, while the third bedroom is ideal for families with its twin-over-queen bunk bed and convenient access to a nearby full bathroom. Practical features including two laundry rooms, a dedicated mudroom with built-in boot dryers, high-speed Wi-Fi and garage parking ensure every stay is as comfortable as it is convenient.

Located in West Vail, Axiom Retreat places guests within easy reach of the legendary ski terrain, vibrant après-ski scene, boutique shopping and acclaimed restaurants that have made Vail one of North America's most celebrated mountain destinations. During the winter season, guests also benefit from the complimentary shuttle service, making travel to and from the ski area effortless. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning, as Colorado's naturally cool mountain evenings provide comfortable summer temperatures, and a 4WD vehicle is recommended for winter travel.
