Though secluded in feel, the residence sits just one mile from downtown Telluride, easily reached via a scenic walk along the Idarado Trail and the San Miguel River.

Designed as three glass-encased pavilions cascading down the mountainside, Seamless Edge embraces its surroundings from every angle. The lower pavilion offers a quiet space for guests to settle in, featuring a generous guest suite, an additional bunk room, and a cozy sitting/media room—ideal for movie nights or relaxed downtime after a day outdoors. The middle level serves as the heart of the home, where floor-to-ceiling windows dissolve the boundaries between interior comfort and the sweeping alpine landscape. An open floor plan connects the lounge, dining area, and chef’s kitchen, creating a warm, modern environment perfect for gathering. Sliding doors open to an expansive terrace equipped with a dining table, gas grill, and fire pit.

The top pavilion is dedicated to rest, wellness, and elevated privacy. The primary bedroom features two glass walls for unforgettable sunrise views and nighttime stargazing. Two additional guest rooms and a peaceful yoga room complete this upper level, offering a restorative sanctuary for every guest.

When it comes to comfort and convenience, every detail has been considered.
