The estate’s stone and timber exterior makes a powerful first impression. Surrounded by vast alpine scenery, the home feels secluded and deeply connected to nature, yet its position in Mountain Village places guests close to the experiences that make Telluride one of Colorado’s most desirable year-round destinations.

Inside, the scale is immediately captivating. Massively vaulted ceilings rise above the main living room, while floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping views of the surrounding mountains. The effect is both dramatic and serene: daylight pours across the interiors, changing weather becomes part of the décor, and evenings unfold against a backdrop of illuminated peaks and dark mountain skies. The dining spaces have been designed to accommodate memorable occasions on a grand scale. Several tables provide ample seating for large groups, making the home particularly well suited to extended family dinners, milestone celebrations and professionally prepared private meals. The state-of-the-art kitchen features granite countertops and counter seating for four, offering a sophisticated environment for everyday cooking and social gatherings. For more elaborate dining experiences, Sundance Lookout includes a separate caterer’s kitchen.
