The dining table, positioned near the large sliding glass doors, offers a seamless transition to the outdoor patio, where you’ll find a hot tub, firepit, and multiple seating areas for relaxation or social gatherings. The balcony extends the outdoor living space further with its grill, outdoor fireplace, and seating. On the lower level, a lounge area provides a more casual retreat, featuring a pool table, cozy sectional, and another TV.
