Offering living spaces designed to impress Fire & Ice Retreat boasts expansive living room - bright, airy, and framed by floor-to-ceiling windows capturing panoramic forest and mountain views. Step through the glass doors and discover outdoor lounging and dining areas perfectly positioned to enjoy serene mornings and spectacular alpenglow evenings. The open gourmet kitchen features rich dark cabinetry, crisp white countertops, and high-end appliances suited for casual breakfasts or indulgent chef-prepared meals. A generous island with velvet bar seating and an adjacent dining table make gathering effortless—equally suited for celebratory dinners or lively après-ski evenings.

Accommodating up to 12 guests, Fire & Ice Retreat includes five beautifully appointed bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The main-level suite includes a king bed, fireplace, and access to a balcony. The luxury ensuite bathroom features a marble bathtub and glass-enclosed shower. Four more bedrooms are on the lower level, including another main suite with a king bed and fireplace. Two bedrooms have king beds and attached bathrooms, while the fifth room has a captain bunk with a twin trundle. The lower level also includes a bonus living/sleeping area with a pull-out sectional sofa and flat-screen TV, as well as access to a hot tub on the lower deck.

The multi-tier deck system elevates outdoor living. Expect lounge seating around a glowing fire bowl, a bubbling hot tub with forest views, and a handcrafted barrel sauna overlooking the mountains. In winter, enjoy ski-in/walk-to-ski-out access to Telluride Ski Resort, known for its world-class terrain and breathtaking alpine scenery reminiscent of the European Alps. In summer, explore hiking and biking trails, book a guided fly-fishing excursion on the San Miguel River, or kayak across Alta Lakes—one of the region’s most picturesque destinations.
