The private residences at One Steamboat Place are located on Gondola Square right in the heart of Steamboat's Mountain Village. From your balcony at Silver Creek Mountain you can watch all the activity at the base, including the snow sports school gathering area and the kids' ski school magic carpet.

The spacious open floor plan connects the dining and living areas to the kitchen with plenty of room for a group to relax together.

The Viking appliances of the professionally equipped kitchen will delight the chef in your group who can also use the built-in gas BBQ on the deck for grilling out.

The dining area, adjacent yet separate from the living room, will allow you to enjoy relaxed meals just across from the majestic fireplace.

The master bedroom features a cozy gas fireplace, and the master bath features a steam shower with a rain shower head and Jacuzzi tub. A second bedroom offers a king bed. Bedroom three has a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds. The fourth bedroom is a perfect kids den with two sets of XL twin bunk beds. All bedrooms have a private bathroom.

Enjoy all the Timbers Resorts signature touches throughout One Steamboat Place, including exquisite gathering areas and one of the most beautiful day spas in the West. One Steamboat Place also has a state-of-the-art fitness facility, motion studio, pool and hot tubs, family game room, and a Little Tykes playroom for the younger kids. With complimentary continental breakfast and après ski, ski valet and on-call local shuttle, the private residences at One Steamboat Place have defined the first-class experience in Steamboat.

A service fee will apply to all guests over the age of 10, paid directly to One Steamboat Place upon checkout. Fee subject to change.

Amenities such as the pool, fitness center, spa, and motion studio continue to be available with modified protocols in place to safely manage their use by appointment. For summer 2020 and winter 2020/2021 reservations, food and beverage service is not offered at this time. On-call local shuttle is still offered with limits on occupants in place.
