Accommodating up to 14 guests across five bedrooms, the two-level residence combines warm lodge-inspired architecture with generous gathering spaces.

The main level centers around a beautiful open-concept great room, where exposed walnut beams and floor-to-ceiling windows bring the surrounding forest into view. Comfortable seating surrounds a substantial stone gas fireplace, creating a natural gathering place after a day on the slopes or trails. The living area flows directly into the kitchen and dining spaces, allowing larger groups to spend time together while still enjoying plenty of room to spread out.

Designed with group dining and entertaining in mind, the gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances, a Thermador range, an oven with warming drawer, custom cabinetry, and a large center island with seating for six. Nearby, the dining area accommodates approximately eight to ten guests around a custom table. From here, doors lead onto the main-level deck, where guests can enjoy outdoor seating and a grill during the warmer months.

The five-bedroom layout provides a versatile combination of king suites and bunk accommodations. The spacious primary king suite is conveniently located on the main level and features large windows, a television, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Four additional bedrooms are located downstairs.

Outdoor living is one of Rocky Mountain Lodge's highlights. The private lot backs onto protected Cucumber Gulch, with decks overlooking an area known for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking. On the lower patio, a private hot tub invites guests to unwind beneath the Colorado sky, while a nearby gas fire pit and seating area create a cozy setting for evenings outdoors.

The location is particularly convenient for guests planning a Breckenridge ski vacation. The property is less than one mile from the ski area, with the Peak 8 base approximately a seven-minute walk away and the free shuttle stop around five minutes on foot. Downtown Breckenridge is approximately a five-minute drive from the home. Seasonal complimentary shuttle service is also available from mid-November through mid-April on a first-come, first-served basis. A 4-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended during winter conditions.
