The architecture immediately sets the tone. At the heart of the main level, a soaring two-story great room is framed by an impressive wall of windows overlooking the mountains and wraparound deck. Two full-length sofas and club chairs create generous space for the group to gather around the gas fireplace and 70-inch television, whether relaxing after a day on the slopes or settling in for a quiet evening at home. The adjoining gourmet kitchen is designed for serious cooking and effortless entertaining. Marble countertops are complemented by high-end appliances, including a Wolf six-burner stove, Miele coffee machine, wine refrigerator and freestanding ice maker. The spacious dining area seats eight and features accordion-style glass doors that open the room toward the deck, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor connection against the mountain backdrop.

Outdoor living is equally enticing. Multiple balconies and decks provide different places to enjoy the scenery, while a natural gas grill and outdoor pizza oven make relaxed meals at home part of the experience. After a day exploring Breckenridge, guests can retreat to the private saltwater hot tub or gather around the outdoor firepit as temperatures cool.
