Upon entry, you won’t help but notice the unique and stunning ceilings crafted with reclaimed barn wood throughout the entire home. The Main Level consists of the Kitchen, Great Room and Dining Area in a large, open space with plenty of bright Colorado daylight shining in and abundant space for everyone to gather around. A convenient powder bath is located off of the Great Room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a glamorous dinner: two ovens, two dishwashers, two sinks, gorgeous granite countertops, gas cooktop, wine refrigerator and professional grade, stainless appliances. Gather around the island/bar combo to rehash the day’s adventures – and plan the following day’s activities! The adjacent Dining Area seats 11 at the table – six more seats available at the kitchen bar so everyone can dine together comfortably. After dinner, retreat to the Great Room end enjoy sprawling mountain vistas, a gas fireplace, large smart TV and plush sectional sofa. Step outside onto the expansive 1600 square foot deck and experience the natural beauty that surrounds you and picturesque mountain views with views of Lake Dillon in the distance.

The Master Suite is situated on the Main Level and features a king bed, TV, deck access and private ensuite bathroom with double sinks, and large walk-in steam shower. You’ll also conveniently find a washer/dryer in the spacious closet. A second king-size bedroom is also on the Main Level and features a king murphy bed and convenient office space. On the Upper Level, you’ll find a cozy Loft Area with billiards table, smart TV and twin sleeper sofa as well as two more bedrooms. A cozy bunkroom the kids will love has a twin bunk and a twin over queen bunk, desk, and ensuite bathroom. On the other side of the loft area is a comfortable king suite with incredible mountain views.

Retreat to the Lower Level of Moose Tracks Lodge and discover a cozy rec room with large smart TV, shuffleboard and wet bar. Adjacent to this space you’ll find a dedicated game area with foosball, arcade games and more. Additionally, the Contest Bowl King Suite is located off of the rec room and features a king bed, TV, views, sliding doors to access patio and hot tub and a private ensuite bath.

The garage at Moose Tracks Lodge offers a convenient area in one of the bays with benches and boot warmers so there is ample space to prepare for the day’s big adventures. Additionally, there is a folding ping pong table ready for a friendly competition! The Whale’s Tail Apartment is located above the garage and accessible inside the home. This studio-style apartment is complete with a king bed, queen sofa sleeper, small kitchen, washer/dryer and bathroom. An ideal space for a family or a couple that wants privacy.
