This modern French Chateau is in the heart of the Rockies and comes with hot tub and movie room. When you approach right away you are taken aback by the beauty of the home and the winding driveway that takes you up into the estate. The Estate seems to go on forever with each little nook (just from the inside) simply breathtaking and who cannot feel the sense of awe when they are looking out into the beautiful mountains that are covered in white tips and beautiful large pine.

As you walk in immediately you are looking out into the mountainside. The great room glass windows that just drop you down into the beauty of nature as you look around in every direction. Built like a lodge to it's beauty the house features natural wood grain in almost every room, touching upon the beauty that is nature and the natural world. The design features that wrap the room include the beautiful balcony as well, which draws your attention into the wilderness. Outside in the morning you can sip a cup of coffee and just take in the day and the fresh mountain air that surrounds you. However, this house is not just about the outdoor space, but also the owner's foresight in building a house that is made for family and entertainment.

Here at the Mont Vista Chateau you will enjoy the two gourmet kitchens which are for those families that love to cook and entertain and can also be used for those who need two kitchens during religions holidays. The house is perfect for any size, any group, it really is an entertainers paradise home. As well as a gorgeous layout and kitchens the house feature a pool table, movie room with 65" flat screen TV, and an 8-person hot tub. The Estate is just 5 blocks from downtown, with expansive mountain views throughout the house and a stop for the free shuttle downtown only 150 yards away.
