Spanning approximately 2,878 square feet across multiple levels, Wild Horse River Escape has been thoughtfully designed for families and groups who appreciate plenty of space to gather as well as private areas to retreat. The main level forms the social heart of the home, where soaring vaulted ceilings and expansive windows fill the open-concept great room, kitchen and dining area with natural light. Comfortable seating surrounds a gas fireplace and TV, creating an inviting place to settle in after a day exploring Breckenridge.

The contemporary kitchen is exceptionally well equipped for group stays, with generous work surfaces, professional-grade appliances and a six-burner Wolf gas range. A large island provides seating for four, while the adjoining dining area accommodates up to 10 guests. From here, oversized glass doors open onto the deck and its year-round grilling area, where guests can enjoy outdoor dining during warmer months. A second family room on the lower level gives groups another comfortable gathering space, complete with plush seating, a TV and wet bar.

Wild Horse River Escape accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. The upper-level primary suite offers a king bed, TV and its own gas fireplace, accompanied by a spacious ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and dual vanity. Three additional bedrooms are located on the lower level, including two king rooms and a bunk room with a twin-over-queen bunk and twin trundle. This combination of king accommodations and flexible bunk-style sleeping makes the home particularly practical for families traveling together.

Wild Horse River Retreat enjoys a desirable location and sits on the south end of Breckenridge in a newly developed neighborhood, just minutes from Main Street. A quick 4-minute drive offers easy access to Peak 9’s Quicksilver SuperChair. An 11-minute walk will get you to the free shuttle on River Park Drive. During the winter season, the residence also has access to a complimentary on-demand ski shuttle from approximately mid-November through mid-April, offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
