Spanning approximately 4,500 square feet, this contemporary mountain retreat accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Expansive windows frame views toward Breckenridge Ski Resort, while soaring ceilings, warm natural finishes and generous gathering spaces create an inviting setting for family vacations and extended mountain stays. The home occupies a large private lot yet remains within walking distance of downtown Breckenridge, placing restaurants, boutiques and the atmosphere of Main Street conveniently close at hand.

The main living level is designed around the surrounding mountain scenery. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the living room with natural light, while comfortable seating surrounds a handsome stone fireplace and television. The adjacent dining area flows into a beautifully appointed kitchen equipped for entertaining, with a large central island, Viking range, Sub-Zero refrigerator and high-end appliances.

Outdoor living is equally inviting. Step from the main living area onto the patio to admire views toward the ski mountain or gather around the gas fire pit as temperatures cool in the evening. Additional outdoor seating and a private balcony off the primary suite offer peaceful spaces for enjoying Breckenridge's crisp mountain air.

The five bedrooms are arranged across multiple levels to provide guests with both privacy and flexibility. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite with a soaking tub and steam shower. Here you’ll also find the first guest bedroom with a king bed and private ensuite. Downstairs, there are three additional guest rooms, one with a private ensuite, while the other two share a spacious full bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo.

Sunset Escape is designed for year-round Breckenridge vacations. During winter, nearby shuttle service provides convenient access to Breckenridge Ski Resort, while dedicated ski storage makes preparing for days on the slopes easy. In summer, the Colorado Rockies transform into a playground for hiking, mountain biking, fishing and kayaking.
