At the heart of the home, an open-concept great room encourages everyone to gather, with a generous sectional, oversized television and elongated gas fireplace creating an inviting setting for relaxed evenings. The adjoining gourmet kitchen is designed for guests who enjoy cooking and entertaining. High-end appliances, a gas range and expansive island provide ample preparation space, while bar seating keeps conversation flowing between the kitchen and living areas. Nearby, the dining table seats six and opens toward the outdoor deck, allowing meals and mountain views to become a natural part of the experience.

River Haus is equally appealing outdoors. The main-level covered deck provides a comfortable place to enjoy the fresh mountain air, complete with seating, a BBQ grill and a circular gas fireplace set against views toward the Breckenridge peaks.
