Designed with a sophisticated mountain-modern aesthetic, Rio Vista Retreat spans approximately 2,803 square feet and welcomes up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. High ceilings and expansive windows bring light and scenery into the open-plan great room, where a stone-accented gas fireplace forms a warm focal point for evenings at home. Comfortable seating and a television make this an inviting place to gather after skiing, hiking or a day spent exploring the Rockies.

The adjoining gourmet kitchen is equally well suited to relaxed family meals and entertaining. Custom cabinetry, high-end appliances and generous preparation space surround a central island with seating, while the nearby dining area features a distinctive wooden table for memorable dinners together. The open layout keeps the kitchen, dining and living spaces naturally connected, with mountain and river views never far from sight.

Outdoor living is one of the home's greatest pleasures. The main-level deck overlooks the Blue River and provides a beautiful setting for morning coffee, afternoon drinks and summer dinners prepared on the gas grill. On the lower patio, a private fire pit invites guests to linger outdoors as evening settles over the mountains, while the hot tub offers a place to unwind beneath Colorado's famously clear night skies.

The upper-level primary suite creates a private retreat of its own, furnished with a king bed, sitting area, television and gas fireplace. Its spa-inspired ensuite bathroom features a soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanities, while a nearby workspace provides a practical option for guests combining a longer Colorado stay with remote work. Three additional bedrooms are located on the lower level. A king suite and queen suite each feature private bathrooms, while the fourth bedroom is arranged with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and access to a nearby shared bathroom. A separate family room on this level, complete with comfortable seating, a large television and mini refrigerator, gives younger guests or different generations their own place to relax.

Like many mountain homes in Colorado, Rio Vista Retreat does not have air conditioning. Breckenridge's cooler summer evenings generally allow the home to be refreshed naturally by opening the windows after sunset and keeping windows and blinds closed during the warmer part of the day.
