The gourmet kitchen is equally impressive, featuring premium GE Monogram appliances, dual dishwashers, custom cabinetry, a warming drawer and a generous center island that makes preparing family meals effortless. A charming breakfast nook overlooks the mountains, while the elegant dining area comfortably accommodates larger gatherings. During the warmer months, step outside onto the spacious deck to enjoy outdoor dining, fire up the barbecue grill or simply watch the sun set behind the Rocky Mountains.

Mountain Gate comfortably welcomes up to fourteen guests with thoughtfully designed accommodations spread across three levels, providing an excellent balance of shared living and private retreats. The main-level primary suite offers a luxurious sanctuary complete with a king-size bed, its own fireplace, beautiful mountain views and a spa-inspired ensuite featuring a soaking tub, steam shower and dual-head walk-in shower. Additional bedrooms offer a variety of flexible sleeping configurations, making the home equally well suited to multiple families, groups of friends and multi-generational vacations. A dedicated office with a queen Murphy bed provides additional sleeping space, while the lower level becomes an entertainment hub with a second family room, fireplace, wet bar, billiards table, foosball table and access to the private hot tub.

Located just minutes from Breckenridge Ski Resort, Mountain Gate places guests within easy reach of some of Colorado's finest outdoor recreation. During winter, the complimentary seasonal ski shuttle makes accessing the slopes simple, while summer offers endless opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, golf and scenic alpine adventures. Historic Main Street Breckenridge is also just a short drive away, where charming boutiques, award-winning restaurants, lively après-ski venues and year-round festivals create an unforgettable mountain-town atmosphere. Due to the home's elevated mountain setting, a 4WD vehicle is recommended during the winter months to ensure comfortable access in snowy conditions.

Please note that Mountain Gate does not feature air conditioning. Thanks to Breckenridge's cool mountain climate, opening the windows after sunset and closing them during the day keeps the home naturally comfortable throughout the summer, while ceiling and floor fans provide additional airflow whenever needed.
