Perfect for a small family or group of up to five guests, this 1,124-square-foot condo combines an intimate mountain atmosphere with one of Breckenridge’s biggest advantages: direct access to the green-rated 4 O’Clock ski run just a few steps from the private deck. After a day on the mountain, return to a welcoming living room centered around a gas fireplace and large-screen TV, with the fully equipped kitchen and dining area conveniently alongside.

Guests also enjoy access to the building’s shared amenities, including a year-round heated indoor pool and two hot tubs—with the indoor hot tub available during winter and the outdoor hot tub during summer. Seasonal complimentary shuttle service operates from mid-November through mid-April, making it easy to explore Breckenridge without relying on a car.

Parking is limited to one vehicle in the underground garage, and a 4WD vehicle is recommended during winter. The residence does not have air conditioning, although Colorado’s cooler summer evenings and available fans help with natural airflow. Ski-in/ski-out access is also dependent on snow, weather and resort operations.
