Located in the exclusive Village Walk neighborhood, this five-bedroom vacation home sits just a short walk from the Dally catwalk, providing direct access to Beaver Creek Village and the main chairlifts.

This spectacular multi-level home showcases refined mountain architecture with stone and wood accents, vaulted ceilings, rich hardwood floors, and a dramatic rock fireplace that anchors the main living space. The great room is designed for both relaxation and entertaining, with comfortable seating, large windows that frame forest and village views, and a warm, inviting atmosphere ideal for gathering after a day on the slopes or trails.

The gourmet kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and high-end appliances, making it perfectly suited for everything from casual breakfasts to chef-prepared dinners. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats up to ten guests, creating a natural flow for shared meals and celebrations. A cozy hearth room with a second fireplace and television adds another inviting space. Two outdoor balconies extend the living space outdoors, one featuring a built-in fire pit and the other equipped with a gas grill, ideal for après-ski evenings or summer dining under the mountain sky.

The lower level is designed with families and groups in mind and offers its own ski entry complete with boot dryers for added convenience. This level also features a laundry room, a billiards table, and a spacious entertainment area with ample seating. Direct access to the attached two-car garage makes arrivals and departures seamless. Three guest bedrooms are located on this level, including a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower, a twin bedroom with an ensuite bath and shower/tub combination, and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The upper level is dedicated to the home’s two premier suites. Both the primary and junior primary suites feature king-size beds, flat-screen televisions, and luxurious ensuite bathrooms.

Outside, guests can relax in the private hot tub set on a spacious stone patio, surrounded by snow-dusted trees in winter and peaceful mountain greenery in summer. From the back door, it is approximately a 50-yard walk to the Dally ski run. Excelsior Lodge is ideally positioned for year-round enjoyment in Beaver Creek. In winter, guests enjoy world-class skiing, snowshoeing, and ice skating, while summer brings hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, and outdoor concerts.
