In summer, the home enjoys close proximity to scenic hiking trails and a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and alpine charm of Beaver Creek Village.

Designed across multiple levels, Chalet Verve offers a spacious and thoughtfully planned layout that comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it ideal for families or small groups seeking both privacy and shared gathering spaces. The heart of the home is the inviting great room, filled with natural light and furnished with plush seating, where guests can unwind by the wood-burning fireplace. During the warmer months, the living area opens to a patio with BBQ facilities and outdoor dining, perfect for relaxed summer evenings in the mountains.

With outdoor enthusiasts in mind, both the front and back entrances lead into a long hallway designed for convenience, offering generous gear storage, closets, hooks, and boot heaters. From the back steps, direct access to the Highlands Skiway highlights the exceptional location of this ski-in/ski-out Beaver Creek vacation home, allowing guests to effortlessly ski home and head back out again.

All three bedrooms are located on the upper level and are beautifully furnished to provide comfort and privacy. The primary king suite offers mountain views, a television, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with heated floors, a luxurious steam shower, and a granite double-sink vanity. The second bedroom features a king bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower-tub combination. Younger guests will love the mountain-style bunk room, designed with two sets of log twin bunk beds and its own ensuite bathroom.

Guests staying at Chalet Verve also enjoy access to the year-round outdoor pool and hot tubs at the nearby Highlands Lodge, located just 30 yards away, adding another layer of relaxation after days spent skiing, hiking, or exploring Beaver Creek.
