The home is centrally located on the Adams Avenue ski trail, yet it is completely private to neighboring homes.

The main level living room is open with large windows on all sides inviting the outdoors in; Incredible mountain and valley views! Adjacent is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and pantry with spacious breakfast area and cooking island. A generous dining area is perfect for hosted dinner parties or intimate evenings with family. The Master suite on the top floor is itself a true retreat, complete with a view filled sitting area and en suite bathroom with over-sized Jacuzzi tub. The other main house bedrooms are all en suite with showers/baths. On the level below is an additional bunk room adjacent to a media room with ample seating, new 65 inch TV and sound system. This family room offers a queen bed in an elevated area and a queen sofa sleeper. Access to the water features is from this level. The house boasts 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms perfect for 10 adults or a mixed aged family.

The property boasts a private 20 x 40 heated swimming pool plus a large inground outdoor hot tub (seats 10). In summer, a stream bubbles its way through the backyard.
