Designed with entertaining and relaxed coastal living in mind, the villa unfolds through a series of generous spaces that flow naturally from one to another. Large retractable doors dissolve the distinction between indoors and out, filling the interiors with natural light and framing the surrounding landscape almost like living works of art. Outside, The Reserve Villa truly comes into its own. At the heart of the terrace is an impressive 14-meter saltwater swimming pool overlooking the ocean, accompanied by a Jacuzzi, sun loungers and a spacious outdoor lounge. Surrounded by indigenous greenery and accompanied by the ocean outlook the terrace is probably the best place to spend your days when in the villa.

The main lounge is an inviting gathering place, arranged around a generous U-shaped sofa and complemented by a wood-burning fireplace for cooler evenings. Sliding stacking doors open directly onto the covered patio and bar, allowing the living room to become part of one expansive entertaining space. The covered terrace features a fully equipped bar with bar stools, wine and drinks fridges, dishwasher, ice machine and butler sink. With distant sea views beyond, it is an irresistible setting for an afternoon drink and pure relaxation. There is plenty to enjoy indoors as well. A separate TV lounge and games room provides a more casual space with a television, piano and pool table, making it particularly useful when different generations are traveling together.

The kitchen and dining areas continue the villa's sociable character. The contemporary open-plan kitchen features a large island and breakfast bar, feature high end appliances - gas hob, electric oven, integrated refrigerator and built-in SMEG coffee machine, while a separate scullery provides two dishwashers, an air fryer, microwave, additional oven and warming drawer. You will have everything you need to prepare memorable meals or may be even engage the service of a private chef to elevate this escape even further. Dining area is next to the kitchen making the space particularly well suited to large family meals and celebrations.

Seven bedrooms allow The Reserve Villa to accommodate up to 19 guests, with an interesting layout that works especially well for extended families and groups who appreciate having both shared and more independent sleeping spaces. The main level includes two ground-floor bedrooms opening toward the garden and pool areas. One combines a king and single bed, while another has two single beds plus bunk beds. Upstairs, the primary bedroom is a serene retreat in its own right. A king-size bed and seating area are positioned to appreciate the ocean outlook. The remaining accommodation is arranged across a collection of loft-style bedrooms, several with independent exterior access. Families should note that The Reserve Villa is best suited to children over six years of age. The swimming pool does not have a safety net, and the layout incorporates a steep loft ladder and exterior walkways and stairs to some of the loft bedrooms. This is an important consideration when planning stays with younger guests.

The location places guests close to one of the great natural landmarks of Plettenberg Bay. The villa's position makes days by the sea wonderfully easy, while Plettenberg Bay itself offers the restaurants, cafés and relaxed coastal atmosphere. A stay here can be as peaceful or as active as you choose. Long beach days and ocean swims can be balanced with time exploring the surrounding landscape, while the greater Plettenberg Bay area provides a natural base for discovering the Garden Route.
