At the heart of the villa, a spectacular open-plan living space brings together the lounge, dining area and modern kitchen beneath walls of glass that flood the interiors with natural light. Endless ocean views provide a dramatic backdrop, while the generous entertainment areas make Prima Views particularly appealing for families and groups travelling together. Dining spaces accommodate up to 12 guests, allowing everything from relaxed breakfasts to elegant dinners to unfold comfortably at home.

Outdoor living is equally impressive. The private swimming pool takes center stage, accompanied by areas for lounging, dining and BBQs beneath the Cape Town sun. Two grassy garden areas provide additional space to unwind, while views stretch towards the Atlantic Ocean and iconic Lion’s Head ahead.

For guests who enjoy maintaining their wellness routine while travelling, Prima Views goes considerably beyond the expected amenities of a private villa. A fully equipped gym makes it easy to stay active, while a private sauna offers the perfect place to slow down afterwards. An elevator provides convenient access between the villa’s levels.

Five ensuite bedrooms accommodate up to ten guests, with several enjoying direct outdoor access, private balconies or separate entrances. The primary suite features a walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom and Juliet balcony, while two of the additional suites offer independent entrances for guests seeking greater privacy. One also includes its own kitchenette, making the arrangement particularly convenient for extended families or groups travelling with different generations.

Prima Views places guests in Camps Bay, one of Cape Town’s most iconic coastal neighborhoods. Framed by the Twelve Apostles mountain range on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other, the area is celebrated for its palm-lined beach, spectacular sunsets and vibrant collection of restaurants, bars and cafés along Victoria Road.
