Generous living and dining areas open towards balconies, terraces and the garden, bringing natural light and the surrounding coastal scenery into the heart of the home.

The main open-plan living space offers comfortable seating, a bar and dining area, with doors leading onto a sea-view balcony—an inviting spot to slow down and admire the changing colors of the Atlantic. A well-equipped kitchen with a gas hob, Nespresso machine and breakfast bar is complemented by a separate scullery, making the home practical for larger groups and leisurely self-catered stays.

Outside, the private swimming pool and garden create a peaceful retreat from the energy of the city. Sun loungers invite long afternoons beside the water, while outdoor dining for eight and a traditional charcoal braai provide everything needed for relaxed meals in the Cape Town sunshine.

Seven bedrooms offer flexible accommodation across the property, with several opening directly onto gardens, patios or balconies and selected rooms enjoying air conditioning and sea views. A separate cottage adds an appealing degree of independence, complete with its own kitchenette, air conditioning, television and full ensuite bathroom.
