Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the expansive open-plan interior with natural light while framing panoramic views of Table Mountain and the city below. Comfortable lounge seating creates an inviting space for the entire group, while the adjacent dining table seats eight. Large doors connect the living, dining and kitchen areas with an expansive outdoor deck, extending the entertaining space into the Cape Town sunshine. Here, ample lounge and dining seating surrounds the private swimming pool, with the mountain and city skyline creating an extraordinary backdrop. It is an idyllic setting for slow mornings, afternoons beside the water and relaxed evenings spent outdoors as the lights begin to appear across the city. The sleek, fully equipped kitchen features premium Miele appliances, a substantial breakfast bar with seating for nine and a separate scullery with laundry facilities. Its open arrangement keeps cooking wonderfully sociable, whether guests are preparing an easy breakfast before exploring the city or gathering over drinks and dinner at the end of the day.

Occupying the villa’s uppermost level, the primary bedroom feels almost like a private retreat within the home.
