Backline Views is a coastal vacation villa in Llandudno, just a four-minute walk from one of Cape Town’s most beautiful beaches. Created for effortless seaside living, this three-bedroom home combines spectacular ocean views with comfortable spaces for families and friends to spend time together.

The open-plan living and dining area is bright and welcoming, with generous lounge seating, a wood-burning fireplace and a dining table accommodating up to ten guests. Large windows keep the Atlantic firmly in view, creating an ever-changing backdrop from morning through sunset. The well-equipped kitchen makes self-catering wonderfully convenient, with a gas hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, air fryer and everything needed for leisurely breakfasts or relaxed dinners at home. A washer and dryer add another practical touch, particularly for families and longer stays. The villa accommodates up to six guests across three sea-facing bedrooms. The primary suite features a king-size bed, private ensuite bathroom and its own balcony overlooking the ocean. Two additional queen bedrooms are interleading, making their arrangement especially convenient for families with children, and share a spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and shower.

Outside is where Backline Views truly embraces its setting. The private pool and surrounding lounging areas invite slow afternoons in the sunshine, while the gas BBQ is perfect for casual meals outdoors. With the ocean stretching out ahead, the terrace becomes a particularly beautiful spot.

Set within peaceful and exclusive Llandudno, the villa offers a wonderfully tranquil alternative to Cape Town’s livelier coastal neighborhoods. Rugged mountains rise behind the suburb while the Atlantic and pristine Llandudno Beach lie below, creating a setting known for its natural beauty, privacy and laid-back atmosphere. From Backline Views, guests can leave the car behind and walk to the beach in approximately four minutes, while Cape Town’s many attractions remain within easy reach by car.
