Azure Heights is a striking luxury vacation villa in Camps Bay, with sweeping Atlantic Ocean views. Designed to make the most of its elevated position, this contemporary four-bedroom retreat pairs generous proportions with floor-to-ceiling glass and wonderfully open living spaces. The result is a home that feels bright, sophisticated and deeply connected to Cape Town's spectacular coastal scenery.

The heart of the villa is its expansive open-plan living area, where high ceilings and large glass doors frame the ocean beyond. An informal lounge offers comfortable seating for up to ten guests, creating an inviting setting for relaxed mornings, conversation and sunset drinks. An adjoining TV lounge provides another comfortable gathering space, while the impressive wooden dining table seats up to twelve. Slightly elevated above the dining and lounge areas, the open-plan kitchen keeps everything connected, making the space equally suited to leisurely breakfasts and memorable dinners together.

Outside, the villa continues to celebrate its extraordinary setting. The main living spaces open directly onto a spacious deck with a private swimming pool and sun loungers, all accompanied by panoramic ocean vistas. Whether spending a quiet afternoon beside the pool or watching the changing colors over the Atlantic, the terrace is destined to become one of the most memorable parts of a stay at Azure Heights.

All four bedrooms are located on the upper floor, each with its own ensuite bathroom and access to the upper balcony. Ocean views accompany every bedroom, allowing guests to wake to the blue expanse of the Atlantic before stepping outside for a peaceful start to the day.

Please note that the elevated position that gives Azure Heights its remarkable outlook also means that the villa is accessed via 63 stairs and may therefore not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The property welcomes guests of all ages and is strictly non-smoking.
