Rancho Estates Mansion in Punta Mita, is a dramatic 25,000 square foot Palapa-style vacation home, designed by renowned Mexican architect Aldaco. Upon entering the compound, you walk into a stunning open space living room with 180-degree ocean views. The residence is perched on a point with beaches to both sides and has the best views of any home in the entire area. From the very large palapa living room you step down to the deck, yard, and infinity pool area where there is comfortable lounge chairs lined up overlooking the ocean and pool.

There is a large media and game room that is enclosed for those who prefer to retreat inside, and multiple sitting areas around the compound. There are both inside and outside dining areas; the formal inside dining room seats sixteen.

Rancho Estates Mansion features 10 suites in total offering plenty of private space and stunning views. There are two master suites, each with huge marble bathrooms and enough closet space to stay for a year! Both master suites open to the ocean and have private exterior sitting areas. In addition, there are six more rooms with king beds and two rooms with two queen beds in each that can accommodate a total of 20 guests. Each suite has ocean views and a large private bath. In the center of the compound there is a yoga room which can also be used as a massage room. In addition, there is another suite with a full bath and kitchenette for your pilot or nanny.

The residence is fully staffed and the residence tops any resort anywhere in the world! In addition to all of the above Rancho Estate is directly connected to the exclusive Ranchos beach, the best beach for swimming and surf lessons in the area. Just a few steps down the stone staircase and your toes are in the sand! To elevate the experience even further, guests can reserve a private boat dedicated exclusively to the property (available at an additional cost). The vessel offers plush seating for passengers, including wraparound bow seating with tables, and is operated by two professional crew members. Whether enjoying a scenic coastal cruise or a fishing excursion, guests will have everything they need, as the estate provides all necessary fishing equipment.
