This oceanfront villa is a great choice for bigger families or groups, the villa sleeps 12 guests (10 adults + 2 children) in 6 spectacular bedrooms with ensuite private bathrooms. 5 guest bedrooms feature king or double beds and 1 bedroom suitable for kids, feature two bunk beds provide a prive place for relaxation. Bedrooms are air-conditioned and provide all necessary comforts for your stay.

The living spaces of this amazing Punta Mita Retreat are so many to name from the Palapa living room, which opens to yet another covered Palapa thatch roof living/dining area with breathtaking views of the crystal clear blue waters of the Bay of Banderas and the Pacific Ocean. Our amazing swimming pool is large salt water infinity edge-pool with swim jets and a built in lounge in the pool overlooking the bay of Banderas Pacific Ocean and the landscaped grounds of the property. Aside that we have the pool cabana whic his a spacious wood pergola with its large day bed located at the end of the infinity pool offers comfortable lounging with amazing views of the Marietas islands.

The best of Mexico's Coast can be seen from the roof terrace atop the Marietas Master suite with its large sofas provides the perfect spot for stargazing, relaxing and enjoying more than 180 degrees of ocean views. Additional great vistas of the sunset and distant mountains. We also have the bar and wet bar with drink station and ice machine, and a built-in outdoor barbecue adjacent to the swimming pool and the main Palapa.
