Surrounded by lush tropical scenery, the villa is often visited by the region’s friendly wildlife—White-faced monkeys, native to the Nicoya Peninsula, are frequent guests, adding a delightful touch of nature to your stay.

Casa Oceano has a beachfront infinity pool - where you can have a tropical fruit smoothie or your favorite "bebida" (drink) with your friends, or just indulge your private thoughts while watching the sun sparkle off the beach breaking surf. In Costa Rica, much of a home's living area is outside and under covered patios because of the wonderful, tropical climate. Casa Oceano takes advantage of this with a large, shaded oceanfront patio before the sun deck. Inside is a large couch is overlooking the Pacific, and toward the gourmet kitchen, an oceanfront dining area.

The gourmet kitchen is appointed to meet the needs of our chef, so if you personally prefer to create your own culinary masterpieces, you will find everything you need. Alternately guests can book the villa and pre-agree a meal plan which will be carefully crafted by the villa chef with fresh ingredients and per our guests’ needs and desires. Children menus are also available so don’t hesitate to get in touch with out agents regarding this.

Casa Oceano features six bedroom and the master suite is accessible by a sky lighted staircase accented with terra-cotta colored ventilation blocks. Featuring king size bed, private deck and patio, guests can enjoy stunning views the Pacific Ocean and jungle from their own private sanctuary. The suite was designed with complete openness and flow so that guests can fully indulge in the magic of Costa Rica. There is a second master suite which also feature king size bed and oceanfront balcony but no patio. This guest master suite overlooks the sun deck patio and the beach on the west side of the villa, again offering stunning views to its guests. Four additional bedrooms—two on the lower level and two upstairs—offer a versatile bedding configuration.
