The villa is perfectly set on what is considered one of the only truly private white sand beaches in the area. Just four kilometers south of the bustling town center, this tropical retreat offers a rare blend of exclusivity and convenience, inviting guests to experience an unmatched coastal escape surrounded by lush gardens, turquoise waters, and panoramic ocean views. The estate is designed with flexibility in mind, making it ideal for families, groups, or special gatherings. The main house features six beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with air conditioning and private baths, including newly remodeled luxury bathrooms. On the upper level, the master suite with king bed shares its space with a charming “Dormitorio” room featuring six twin bunk beds—perfect for children or larger groups. For even more space and privacy, an additional casita is available, offering its own king bedroom, living room, kitchen, office nook, and queen-size den. Casa Cosmos can be rented in different configurations, starting with just four bedrooms or expanded to include the dormitory and casita, allowing you to tailor your stay to your needs.

Outdoors, the villa embraces the natural beauty of Puerto Vallarta’s south shore. Two inviting pools—a solar-heated main pool and a smaller plunge pool—sit among tropical landscaping, along with a kid-friendly pool area, jacuzzi, and multiple lounge and dining spaces. A dramatic, rock-lined fitness room with ocean views adds a unique touch, while private stone steps lead down to your own secluded beach lounge complete with shaded palapas, hammocks, comfortable seating, and kayaks for ocean adventures.

The experience at Casa Cosmos is elevated by its dedicated staff of four, including a cook, daily maid, houseman, and groundskeeper. Maria Luisa, who has been part of the Casa Cosmos family for more than 20 years, resides on the property and serves as both chef and concierge, ensuring every detail of your stay is taken care of.
