This beautiful home has recently been redone, including new bedding, new wonderful design elements and updated linens and furnishings. Inside you'll find a beautiful array of color and a living area that you can enjoy with your family. The house has a lovely kitchen area where you can cook for your family or you can take advantage of our house cook who can cook you two meals during your stay, breakfast and lunch which is perfect for groups wanting to just enjoy their stay without the fuss.

The house features four bedrooms and a beautiful arrangement for large families which includes 3 King Suites and a kids or single travelers suite with 2 Full Bunk beds. That gives you ample space for the times when you really do want your own time away when traveling. Enjoy televisions and lovely bathroom amenities, as well as the daily light housekeeping to make sure everything is tidy during your stay. Kids will enjoy the pool and the outdoor spaces as well as the room to lounge around and take advance of the local pathways and community to just enjoy together.

La Serenata is a luxurious development inside the gates of the exclusive Punta Mita master plan that includes 6 villas on the 7th fairway of a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course with views of Banderas Bay. Serenata is freestanding on a large individual lot and has its own heated pool and jacuzzi with beautiful golf course views throughout.

Full access to exclusive local amenities is also included in your stay. Enjoy the Punta Mita Beach Club (restaurant, pool, beach) , a game of golf with your privileges at the nearby Jack Nicklaus-designed Punta Mita Golf Course or some water activities as surfing is just about 100 yards from the house!
