This residence offers 3,300 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, thoughtfully crafted for embracing Punta Mita’s sun-drenched lifestyle. Designed with open, flowing interiors, the home combines comfort and sophistication, inviting guests to relax and reconnect in style.

The vacation condo accommodates up to 8 guests across three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. The master suite features a king-size bed, private en-suite bathroom, and an in-room safe, terrace and tranquil vistas. The second bedroom also includes a king-size bed and en-suite bath, while the third bedroom is ideal for families or additional guests, offering two queen size beds and a private en-suite bathroom.

The open-plan living and dining area connects seamlessly to the furnished terrace through floor-to-ceiling glass doors, filling the space with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances and a breakfast bar, ideal for casual meals or entertaining. Outside, the private terrace features comfortable lounge seating, shaded dining areas, and a privite pool overlooking lush tropical landscapes perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
