The main living level is designed around the magnificent Pacific outlook. A bright living room opens through expansive glass toward the terrace and ocean beyond. The adjoining dining area accommodates up to ten guests, making long family dinners and celebratory meals an important part of the experience. A fully equipped chef's kitchen includes thoughtful additions such as coffee station and wine refrigerator, while a separate study and TV area provides a quieter space when members of the group want to retreat from the main social areas.

Step outside and the Pacific immediately becomes the star of the show. The main terrace is centered around a private heated infinity pool that appears to extend toward the ocean horizon. An outdoor lounge comfortably accommodates the group, while sun loungers and daybeds invite long, slow paced afternoons beside the water. It is an outdoor space made not simply for swimming, but for spending entire days together.

The private rooftop terrace takes the experience even further. Conceived as a second outdoor living area high above the surf, it captures unobstructed views across Litibú Bay and the surrounding Punta Mita coastline.
