PH El Encanto is a three-bedroom luxury condo that accommodates up to eight guests in style and comfort. The residence features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, ideal for families or friends who enjoy cooking and gathering together during their vacation. For these who are full vacation mode ON, a private chef and assistant personnel could be arranged at an additional cost. A spacious dining area overlooks the resort’s golf course, offering a beautiful setting to share meals and unwind after a day under the Mexican sun. Expansive balconies provide breathtaking views, while the nearby beaches are easily reached by golf cart—delivered directly to the property for your convenience.

The condo is air-conditioned, equipped with Wi-Fi, and includes all the modern amenities you need for a seamless stay. Daily housekeeping and dedicated concierge services are included, along with the use of a six-person golf cart to explore the resort with ease. As a guest, you will enjoy full access to Punta Mita’s premier amenities and exclusive events. These include preferential tee times at the Pacifico and Bahia golf courses, access to tennis, pickleball, and paddle courts, a fully equipped gym, jogging paths, surf breaks, and the Punta Mita Pier. You’ll also have entry to the community’s world-class beach clubs—Pacífico, Sufi, Surf Club, Kupuri, and the St. Regis Beach Club.
