The villa has six bedrooms and accommodates up to 12 guests. Each of the six bedrooms is designed with comfort in mind: four spacious king suites with private en-suite bathrooms, and two additional guest rooms with single beds and en-suites. Large windows frame ocean and garden views, creating a tranquil atmosphere for restful nights.

The villa’s heart is its open-concept living area, featuring soaring ceilings and panoramic glass doors that invite in the ocean breeze. Step outside to discover a stunning heated infinity pool perched above the shoreline, surrounded by loungers perfect for basking in the sun or watching the colorful sunsets Puerto Vallarta is famous for. Just below, a private sandy beach awaits with shaded palapas, loungers, and a beach bar, ideal for both relaxation and lively gatherings. The fully equipped ocean-view kitchen is a delight for both guests and the villa’s talented cook, who along with the dedicated staff including a maid and houseman ensures that every meal and detail of your stay is thoughtfully cared for. Your English-speaking house manager is always available to assist with arrangements, from childcare and excursions to in-villa dining experiences.

Casa Salinas II is also wheelchair accessible with an elevator connecting all floors, making it an excellent choice for multi-generational families. Children are warmly welcomed, with cribs and highchairs available upon request. For larger groups, Casa Salinas II can be combined with its neighboring sister property, Casa Salinas I, to create a private beachfront estate with a total of 15 bedrooms. Guests booking both villas may dine together in one property, offering flexibility for family reunions, retreats, or celebrations.
