The villa’s relationship with the sea defines nearly every space. The main living room has an inviting French-country influence, with comfortable seating arranged around the entertainment area and an easy transition toward the outdoor living spaces. Nearby, the bright Cucina-style gourmet kitchen wraps around an elegant marble island and is equipped with professional appliances, creating a beautiful setting whether guests are gathering over morning coffee or enjoying meals prepared by their private chef.

The open plan design allows a smooth transition from the living quarters to the expansive oceanfront terrace. The terrace unfolds toward an infinity-edge swimming pool overlooking the beach and sea, surrounded by chaise lounges with both sunny and shaded places to relax. A shallow wading ledge provides another inviting spot to cool off without leaving the sunshine, while comfortable outdoor living and dining areas make the terrace a natural extension of the villa. Beyond the pool, private access leads toward the sand, bringing the sounds and colors of the Sea of Cortez into everyday life.

Five individually decorated bedroom suites provide private retreats for up to ten guests, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The ocean-view primary suite features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with both bathtub and shower. A second suite offers a queen bed, while another provides a king. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each feature two double beds, making the villa equally well suited to families, couples or groups of friends.
