From Olon you can go on day-trips by sea or by car to the most amazing places like the unspoiled island Isla de La Plata, the wonderful city of Salinas, or go diving in Ayangue. A beautiful place to go whale watching in the summer and if you love trail walking you will enjoy Dos Mangas not far from the house. No matter what your needs from deep water fishing to luxury amenities, Casa Olon provides the perfect destination for a truely wonderful experience.

The house is a 10 bedroom, 9 full bathrooms and 3 half bathrooms, 14,000 sq foot escape, sleeping up to 16 adults and 8 children comfortably. The bedrooms are spacious and include 3 king suites, 4 queen suites, one room with 2 queen beds and then two amazing bunk bedrooms featuring 6 twin-sized beds in the first and 2 twins in the second.

The Casa Olon has the best of a luxury lifestyle, and when you walk into the house you're instantly renewed. The spacious living areas leading from one to another are just breath-taking, with all eyes leading through the glass windows and out into the ocean. To truly escape you find yourself immersed in the joy of having this all to yourself. The dining area is perfect for meals with your family or just simply take it outside under the stars. The gourmet kitchen features high end appliances and everything you need for a formal sit down dinner. The cook and maid will be there to help you with authentic Ecuadorian meals or international cuisine, something fresh and new every day.

The owner did not take any shortcuts while building a wonderful retreat for his family. The Media room features a Panasonic projector displaying a 170 inch diagonal screen, Sony 5.1 Amplifier, Bose Acoustics 10 Surround Speakers and Direct TV HD receiver. As well the owner has Amazon Fire TV. For the kids who are avid gamer we do have the Play Station 2 In this amazing Media Room you have access to thousands of TV episodes and hundreds of the latest movies stored on the local network.

For the music lovers in us all there is a Sonos music system with four inside zones (kitchen, living room, billiard room, dining room) with Bose 791 in-ceiling speakers, Three outside zones (pool, gazebo, terrace) with Bose 151 outside speakers. Zones can be played separately or grouped. For your delight there is a 70,000 track smooth jazz local music library, plus Napster (Rhapsody), and Deezer streaming music services. You can even add your own Spotify account to the system and play all your own music through the system.

Wi-Fi is available through three downstairs routers plus two above-ceiling routers in second floor to give whole-house Wi-Fi coverage. External directional router pointing towards the sea gives Wi-Fi coverage in garden and on beach. Hard-wired LAN points in every bedside table.

Inside Casa Olon we made sure no one ever has "nothing" to do. You'll find a beautiful Brunswick 8 foot pool table available for your family and friends, a Stigo table tennis table, as well as multiple board games. Within the outdoor space you will be delighted to find wonderful spaces to gather for meals and to enjoy nature. A private and peaceful area with lots of seating both covered and uncovered, from glass encased balconies overlooking the beach to seaside seating for those long nights relaxing with a glass of wine and friends.
