The 8 Bedroom Luxury Villa is Fully Staffed. Unlike many other properties that claim to be staffed (Many will have a single person Par time). We will have a staff dedicated to you and your group on site for the entirety of the day! Delicious Gourmet Breakfast daily cooked by our Breakfast Chef, Full-time Housekeeping, House Manager/Bartender, Maintenance and Security all make sure your stay is second to none. The showers are an experience unto itself. Indonesian Green Rock and 15'' Rain-showers creates an almost regenerative and relaxing experience that will not be forgotten! The Villa boasts 4 social spaces on two levels. The Upper-level Social Space and Courtyard upon entry opens up to commanding views of the idyllic emerald waters and the Villa's famous view of the Manuel Antonio Bay Islands!

The lower Social Space is double Height air-conditioned space featuring incredibly natural finishes such as Natural Woods, Rocks and opens up to the double infinity-edge pool, Famous Alfresco Dining Table and Sundeck! The 'Living Rooms' is an open concept design that opens beautifully to the 20 foot wide Chef's Kitchen with large island (Perfect for Entertaining or receiving cooking classes from a local chef) The kitchen opens to the Bar and living room Lounge that boasts double-height windows overlooking the Pacific ocean and the famous island that is right in front of the villa!

Perfect for you and your group to unwind after a day full of activities or all day on the sundeck and in the pool. The Villa's double edge infinity pool will be the most used space on the property! A cantilevered pool hovering over the jungle canopy has been mentioned by some to be one of the most impressive pools in Costa Rica! Truly impressive & Architecturally distinctive, the pool features an underwater lounge area for up to 10 with back massage jets to enjoy your cocktail prepared by your in house bartender and watch the sunset with your favorite tunes playing in the background!

The large covered Dining Terrace Large boasts a beautiful hardwood table to fit your entire group. Wake up with a delicious cup or fresh fruit juices with sounds of the ocean and monkeys frolicking through the tree's where breakfast is served daily! The Sun Deck is a 50m2 deck where you can enjoy the various benches and outdoor furniture to relax to the sound of the ocean or watch the wildlife, reminisce with Friends and Family or the perfect space to create a celebration!

The Villa has included beach transportation included complimentary of the rental. We have a service that will bring you to and from the beach at your disposal. Just let your daytime concierge know and they will give a call to the Chauffer and as soon as available whisk you down to one of the three nearest beaches. The transport to the beach takes less than 2 minutes total and can be walked anytime.
