Villa Roca’s standout feature is its 1,000-square-foot wraparound covered terrace, where every angle captures a unique and breathtaking view—whether it’s the rolling jungle hills, the Pacific Ocean in the distance, or the glowing mountain peaks at sunrise. Thoughtfully positioned in complete privacy, the villa is enveloped by hundreds of acres of protected green space and a lush river reserve, allowing guests to relax in peace while surrounded by the sounds of howler monkeys, tropical birds, and rustling palm leaves.

Inside, the open-plan living room rises to 15 feet with expansive glass doors and windows framing the surrounding nature. A dedicated workstation and ultra-fast 100 Mbps Wi-Fi provide a space for remote work or streaming on the Smart TV, while the contemporary kitchen is a culinary dream outfitted with stainless steel appliances, rich wood cabinetry, and a spacious island with bar seating. The villa features three beautifully styled bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, one of which can be split into two twins for flexibility. The primary suite opens directly onto the terrace and pool, with sweeping ocean and mountain views, and enjoys a private en-suite bathroom with rainfall shower and artisan finishes. The additional two bedrooms overlook the jungle and share a guest bathroom with elegant stone detailing and a river-pebble floor.

Outdoors, the private pool is perfectly positioned to soak up the sun while enjoying endless vistas. Expansive garden with alfresco dining area and lounge area provides cozy spot to unwind and enjoy the surrounding nature. A 4x4 or all-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended for accessing the home and exploring the region.
