With panoramic views of the iconic Whale’s Tail and the surrounding ocean, this spacious 3,500-square-foot vacation rental is set amidst tropical gardens and offers a rare blend of privacy, comfort, and immersive natural beauty.

The main villa features four well-appointed bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and direct access to the gardens or ocean-facing terraces. A separate two-bedroom guesthouse on the property makes this an ideal choice for families or groups of up to twelve guests. With a total of five full bathrooms with showers and five additional half baths, convenience and comfort are seamlessly integrated into the layout.

Designed with indoor-outdoor living in mind, Villa Casi’s heart is its open-concept kitchen and living area. Framed by floor-to-ceiling windows and high vaulted ceilings, the fully equipped kitchen includes a large central island, stainless steel appliances, and ample space for group meals or casual breakfasts. The adjacent lounge and dining spaces are bathed in natural light and open directly onto expansive terraces overlooking the jungle and the Pacific.

Outside, a freeform swimming pool invites refreshing dips under the sun, while the surrounding pool deck is dotted with loungers and a thatched palapa for shaded relaxation. The lush gardens cascade down the hillside, leading to charming outdoor dining areas and a built-in barbeque—perfect for alfresco meals with a view.

Additional amenities include air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, covered parking, and a washer/dryer. Please note that due to its elevated location, a 4x4 vehicle is required to reach the villa.
