The Point Luxury Villa is an exclusive oceanfront retreat located between Langosta Beach and Tamarindo Bay in Costa Rica’s Guanacaste province. Designed by renowned architect Richard Muller and recently enhanced with a $1 million remodel, this contemporary seven-bedroom residence redefines barefoot luxury with a seamless blend of modern design and natural beauty. Uniquely positioned between two of Guanacaste’s most iconic beaches the villa provides easy access to both the Tamarindo, a lovely beach town renowned for its surf culture and lively energy and the secluded beach just minutes stroll from the villa.

Step through an open-air hallway lined with water gardens and palms, and enter expansive living and dining areas that open to breathtaking ocean views. The villa’s state-of-the-art kitchen, infinity-edge pool, and ocean-view gym create an idyllic setting for both relaxation and entertaining. The villa feature seven bedrooms and each of the suites offers ultimate privacy, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass doors, private patios, and luxurious bathrooms. Five suites include indoor-outdoor showers that invite guests to connect with the surrounding tropical landscape and the Master suite is true private sanctuary. Positioned on the second-floor the studio offers a private bedroom with king size bed and bunk bed, private living room and kitchenette opening to a terrace with stunning views. The villa accommodates up to 17 guests (base rate includes 12 and for any additional guest extra fee applies).

Guests of the villa can expect a fully staffed experience with daily housekeeping, groundskeeping, and a dedicated head of staff. A butler is available 4 hours per day to serve cocktails, arrange poolside comfort, and ensure effortless relaxation. A private chef prepares daily breakfasts while a VIP concierge team assists with activity planning, restaurant reservations, and in-villa experiences. Should guests feel like they need to elevate their stay any further, an array of additional services are available- from full time private chef, to private chauffeurs and helicopter transfer.
