The dramatic ocean view throughout the villa, the large private pool, the indoor group-size yoga deck, and the unbeatable location within walking distance to the beach and only minutes from town make it an ideal spot for groups of all sizes to enjoy.

The villa is brand new, completion of the final phases will be finished by mid-November 2025, along with professional photos of the entire property. With easy access and no 4x4 required, guests can walk to the beach in 10 minutes to reach Dominical’s restaurants, cafés, and surf in just a 3 minute drive. Blending modern design with the tranquility of nature, Casa B is ideal for retreats, family gatherings, and group escapes, all within a luxury experience.

The villa welcomes up to 16 guests with various sleeping arrangement options in 6 bedrooms, each with air conditioning and large common areas including both an indoor air conditioned yoga deck and a rooftop outdoor yoga deck both with stunning ocean views. Expansive social areas connect seamlessly to the large private pool and covered terraces, creating the perfect flow for group dining, yoga, workshops.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for private chefs communal cooking, and multiple lounge areas provide plenty of space for relaxation meetings. Upstairs, the private ocean view yoga deck offers a serene space for sunrise sessions, meditation, evening gatherings. The entire villa is fully air-conditioned, with individual AC units in each bedroom. Additionally, guests have access to a washer and dryer for their convenience.
