Offering sweeping views of the Placencia Lagoon and Maya Mountains this exclusive retreat combines privacy, comfort, and resort-style service in a secure, gated community with 24-hour security. Guests also enjoy full access to the amenities of the Placencia Resort located just across the street — including the beach, pool, spa, and on-site restaurants.

Inside, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms provide space for up to 10 guests. The villa’s open-concept living area features high ceilings, expansive windows, and a large kitchen with island breakfast bar and modern appliances. The dining room flows out to a vast covered patio and terrace with panoramic lagoon and mountain views — ideal for sunset dinners or quiet morning coffee surrounded by nature.

On the ground floor, two spacious bedrooms each feature private ensuite bathrooms and direct access to a shaded patio overlooking the pool and lagoon. The second floor hosts the main living, dining, and kitchen area, along with another full bathroom. The entire top floor is dedicated to a spectacular master suite complete with a spa-like bathroom, oversized jetted tub, and a large open terrace offering unobstructed views in every direction. A fourth bedroom with twin and trundle beds provides flexible accommodation for families or additional guests.

Outdoors, the villa’s tropical setting invites relaxation. A large private pool with a palapa-style lounge area sits just steps from the lagoon, creating an oasis of calm and natural beauty.
