It is situated on a 16-mile-long peninsula that is surrounded by a lagoon on one side and the Caribbean Sea on the other. The area is much smaller, less congested and more laid back which makes it a great choice for everyone who is coming to explore and relax. The village provides easy access to many activities on the mainland like Mayan Ruins, waterfalls, ziplining and cave tubing to name a few. Placencia offers numerous restaurants, small shops, bars and the famous Placencia Sidewalk. It is the perfect place for an amazing Caribbean vacation!

The Beach House offers a great vacation base in this magical village. Spanning 4,500 square feet in the main house, plus a 550-square-foot poolside accommodation, the villa offers five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, comfortably hosting families and groups of friends. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed as a private sanctuary, furnished with plush beds and elegant wooden pieces. The ground-floor master suite boasts a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in glass shower, and a private open-air rainfall shower surrounded by lush foliage. Three additional bedrooms are located upstairs and a private guest retreat in the pool house features a king-size bed and bathroom with dual vanities and modern finishes.

The Beach House is a haven for both relaxation and adventure. Guests can enjoy 100 feet of pristine private beachfront, a spectacular infinity pool (17' x 50' x 4.5' deep), and a wide selection of outdoor activities. Kayaks, paddleboards, snorkeling gear, and swimming goggles are available for exploring the Caribbean Sea, while beach volleyball and badminton offer fun on land. At day’s end, unwind on the pier’s palapa deck, the perfect spot to watch dolphins play or enjoy a breathtaking Belizean sunset.
